Title-aware liquidation and reassembly

The share amount above sets the seizure quantity. The current wallet’s Root receives the collateral; Midnight recipients must attach that application first. The protocol enforces liquidation eligibility.

Only the originating Root can voluntarily tag a Title. Tag leaves balances unchanged. Liquidation automatically tags the seized issuance.

Swap uses the separate swap amount and requires compatible, tagged, available Titles. Redemption updates only the mock delivery journal; no real stocks are transferred.
